Stayed the night with my partner. The food was delicious and the staff were very friendly and accommodating, especially Joe. The spa could have had more sun loungers as there was not enough to cater to the amount of people but overall the spa is good. The room was big and clean with a good size bathroom and a gorgeous view. For a night away it did everything we wanted it to, highly recommend.

The venue generally needs a lot of TLC. The stairs/carpets looked like they hadn’t been hoovered for a few days, the pool area was quite tatty in places. When we arrived the man who met us greeted us with ‘oh you’re early!’ rather than a friendly welcome. My daughter wasn’t called for her massage so I had to find someone who eventually gave her the treatment. Disappointing the menu was the same for lunch & dinner. Gym was good as was new decking outside pool area. Still some work to do!

Nice venue, had to wait as rooms were not ready We had to wait untill second day to have our massage and was only given 20 minutes when package said 30min. Lunch was mixed bag, absolutely Fantastic starter would recommend the beef carpaccio. The burger was awfull,was described to have smoked cheese crispy Parma ham and crispy sage leaf, what came was a standard bacon burger with tomato and lettuce and the beef patty as dry as a flip flop. There is a lovely Italian restaurant next door.

Great stay, beautiful grounds. Only thing is the service in the restaurant, we waited 40 minutes to get served our drinks but the staff were very polite and we would definitely return.

Loved everything! The only thing that kind of left the day down was that we had to wait such a long time to make our lunch order as we were sat outside we was left until last and had to wait a while for the food to come out. Food was delicious just service wasn’t very good
