The receptionist couldn’t give the due welcome and attention on arrival or at anytime during the visit as she was constantly on the phone. I’ve always believed that the person stood in front of you should have the priority! Maybe employ a telephonist to take the constant calls.

Tania was wonderful - very knowledgeable, made me feel really comfortable. Excellent massage, would recommend her to anyone.
Venue was very nice but could have been cleaner (lots of hair on the floor etc), other than that - had a really lovely time and would definitely come back. Outdoor jacuzzi is gorgeous.

There were numerous issues with our stay, from room, facilities, manager being busy and coming to see us but never actually showing up to speak. The treatment itself was not the best… that and it not being the treatment I had booked and paid for. So overall, not the best experience.

Lack of atmosphere and staff in spa. Had to ask for towels and robes at reception, no slippers supplied. Evening dinner was poor quality. Bedroom not made on second day. However, the place has potential if someone with vision was in charge. We were not offered the cream tea or lunch that came with the package and overall the hotel lacked personality.
