The micro current etc facial was a very pleasant experience and left my skin feeling firm and soft.
If I lived nearby and the treatment was less expensive I would have it again. Sonia was very gentle and cheerful.

The facial was lovely however the experience was very hectic. There was no one on reception in the spa to tell us where to wait, a few other ladies were also unsure where to wait. The reception desk looked really messy with lots of wires and papers everywhere - seemed more like a back room office than a spa reception.
They were running behind by 15 minutes and although a couple of staff members were running back and forth they all ignored us. My treatment was cut short due to their delays.
Classic Facials
Spa is dirty, and not enough seating around the pool. They said the outdoor jacuzzi was ready, but it wasn’t.. it was still being built. Not a 4 star hotel
