The hotel was a little tired in places and could do with a spruce up here and there. Whilst we had an enjoyable stay and overall I'd say it was satisfactory, the hotel was very understaffed and those that were working were very overworked. Lengthy waits to be served at tables, a twenty minute wait queueing to check in, no one answering the phone to reception for room service so had to go down and order it myself, Food was good, but limited menu. Maybe just a few post lockdown teething problems?

Very nice , very relaxing and beautiful accommodation. Drinks very expensive. The staff were very pleasant and helpful but very understaffed. As things are starting to open up the hotel need to ensure they have adequate staffing levels

Lovely stay, enjoyed it immensely. All Staff very attentive and friendly, always helpful, in very difficult circumstances(pandemic). Will deffinately stay again. lovely breakfast, and evening meals. Our groundfloor bedroom very good comfy beds with lovely bathroom. I liked the spa and swimming pool briefly used the swimming pool and saunas 1st morning. But couldnt use the spa or sauna at 7am following morning, as it wasnt turned on. Felt very relaxed and welcome, liked the rooms and outside garden
