We had a great experience here and were very pleased with everything. They all coped very well with Covid restrictions.
Roxanne at reception was particularly helpful and deserves a mention, as does Ilya in the restaurant who worked tirelessly on his own with the breakfasts.
We will definitely return and look forward to the outdoor jacuzzi !

Overall a good stay but small things could make the experience better but probably more difficult with the present COVID regulations.
The mixed changing rooms have no shower gel or spin dryer for wet costumes.
Nowhere to put wet towels in the bedrooms so damp for the two day period.
No bedside lamps in the room.
Very good food but appalling slow service. Long wait for lunch and even longer for the evening meal.
Staff were extremely friendly and efficient but understaffed.
