Spa is dirty, and not enough seating around the pool. They said the outdoor jacuzzi was ready, but it wasn’t.. it was still being built. Not a 4 star hotel

Lovely friendly and helpful staff, the hotel was beautifully clean with all facilities, food in the restaurant was delicious and hotel in great location.
