The customer service here is terrible. I was miss sold a service which I booked in advance and turns out they do not offer. I was not informed of this at start or end of my treatment but it was clear I did not receive what I paid for. I raised this with the staff on the day and called many times afterwards to get some form of refund. No body ever called me back but I can see they removed some treatments from the website. I raised two complaints since and no body is responding. Bad experience.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Our room was big and very clean.
The thing I was disappointed was there wasn't much vegetarian opinion in the restaurant menu.
