Absolutely terrible service from all staff at Guildford manor. Difficult to book, difficult to resolve issues, such a grimey place, changing rooms absolutely filthy. Would never go back to this place. Cleanliness and staff let them down because the adverts and views of the outside sell the place, but the treatment rooms are ice cold as are the staff's hands, and for a 50min massage you can imagine the discomfort. Absolute rip off for what you get. Better off getting an local massage.

The hotel was lovely, and spa facilities were really nice and very chilled.The staff at the hotel were super friendly and very helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The food is tasty and good quality.There was few areas that needed better cleaning,especially in the corridors and stairwells. And the hotel is definitely not disabled friendly with no lifts and lots of stairs everywhere. The spa staff could also be more attentive with better customer services and my wife's facial left her bruised!

Treatment was very good, felt very relaxed after and definitely benefited from it.
Treatment room itself was very dark which made the initial introduction and instructions uncomfortable/awkward.
Electric fan that was used to warm the room spoilt the tranquility of the atmosphere too as this was on the for the duration of the massage.
