Couldn't fault the treatments. The therapist were both exceptional.
Be careful if you have reduced mobility as stairs down to spa, into pool and up to treatment rooms so not that suitable if you have difficulty.

It was my first ever massage but the masseuse talked me through it and made me feel very comfortable!! Came out of it feeling incredibly relaxed :)

A really lovely stay. However, treatments were originally booked on arrival day for 4 and 5pm. They then booked us also into afternoon tea at 5pm. Which was the latest spot. I called and explained and they moved our treatments to 10am the following day. Which was fine but we had to check out at 11am. With a 55 minute treatment that was going to be impossible. The timings of the bookings and tea meant we had very little time to enjoy the spa. We asked for a late check out but none available.
