Lovely relaxing time, facilities were clean and well maintained. A few tiny things took it down from 5 stars: steam room didn’t smell great, hair dryer wasn’t as nice as it could have been. No moisturiser provided, and shower cubicles weren’t very nice/bad shower heads.

Massage was the best we’ve had spa was very relaxing and quiet we also had a light lunch in the spa area which was lovely
Outside hot tub great although it poured with rain
Afternoon tea was exceptional and loved the style of the crockery the restaurant manager was so lovely and helpful

The atmosphere was pleasant, only small details I would like to point out
On going to the spa, we couldn’t find anyone for ages. There where things I needed help with and using a walking stick I couldn’t keep going up and down the stairs to find staff
The whole building was a bit difficult as there were so many stairs to get to and from room to anywhere
I really would suggest a small shelf in the shower as there was nowhere to put shampoo ect

We had a really good Spa break. The staff were excellent & it was great value for money. The Spa facilities were really good but would have liked to see herbal tea/other refreshments offered after treatment & comfy chairs. Loved the pool and outdoor Spa. The rooms were very good with double, comfy beds. Shower area had no hooks to hang towels etc & no shelf to put shower and hair wash. One Tv wasn’t working properly & there was a drain smell on one room. The afternoon tea was excellent.
