Reception were friendly
Long delay for wine and not very organised but this was likely because of a wedding at the venue

Massage wasn’t particularly effective (very light tough!) but maybe I’m a masochist 😂

Spa and outside area is very nice!
Evening meal, our food was amazing but I think you should enforce a dress code. Very nice restaurant but people walking in, in their work cloths and track suit bottoms doesn't give it a good feel.
We also got upgraded on our room to room 45 which was to our surprise so thank you for that. However next to us room 44 you put a group of lads who was up partying untill 2:30am which we had to keep banging in the wall! ( possibly the groom)
