Fantastic service, staff were so lovely and attentive, facilities are good and the massage was beautiful. We also had afternoon tea which was very tasty, cakes were so fresh.

An excellent venue, one which we decided to re-visit after such a wonderful experience this time last year. It most definately will remain our favourite weekend away during this time of year going forward

My Husband and I enjoyed our stay however there were a few issues with the hotel.
Firstly we wasnt informed beforehand that there would be a function on, this caused restrictions around the hotel we couldn't visit other guests were also not informed.
Secondly My husband heard loud music outside our hotel room which went on to 12pm. Wasnt really the vibe we was after for a spa hotel.
The staff and the food was exceptional however the points above did let the hotel down.

Strange changing room setup with mixed changing facilities, more like a public swimming pool setup with cubicles.
When booking the experience over the phone I was not told that it would be a male therapist and only found out on arrival. I would not have booked this if I had known this.
