A great facial with Zahira . We were able to agree the products beforehand, as I have a Truffle Allergy, they were really helpful.
Likewise as I was heading to a wedding they were helpful not getting oils in my hair.
Would recommend and go there again.

The changing area was very tired and run down and the showers had only one little spout which spat out water I gave up. The whole room smelt of damp and sewage. The outdoor spa was the highlight but perhaps the building works is why it smelt of sewage outside too. Disappointing birthday treat.

The hotel is very lovely and the spa facilities are high quality. Some of the old infrastructure is still there which is a clash with the new. The changing rooms could definitely be updated but were very clean. The pool was a good size and the spa desk area and the treatment room were both very comfortable, My facial felt great and unrushed and overall the Spa morning with lunch was very good value for money.

Not good at all. The products smelt awful, like out of date or cheap products were being used. The towels were damp, and very old. Half of the 50 min facial I was just sat there. Would not recommend, would not go back.
