The spa facilities are severely let down by the communal changing room. Despite arriving in good time I had to wait for a free cubicle as I am not prepared to undress in front of men. I was then late for my massage.
The changing room smelt heavily of sweat. I have not noticed this in any ladies changing room that I have used.
I had to queue for a changing room again after my shower which was very inconvenient.
The hair drying facilities are inadequate and the lockers in a
very confined space.

Terrible experience. Hotel room was so bad, carpet was stained and dirty, heating was fixed on really hot and could not turn it down. Thermostat said it required cleaning and would not work. The bed was so un comfy and the pillows were terrible also. One of the worst experiences I’ve been on and would not go again. Left halfway through the night at around 2 in the morning as the room was THAT bad. Definitely avoid!!!! Also the jacuzzi reeked of manure and the bubbles did not work!

Loved my Swedish massage by Peenida. A very considerate and gifted therapist.
We were generally made welcome by reception and spa staff and all facilities were as described. The outdoor jacuzzi was particularly appreciated in a lovely winter setting on a very cold day.
Restaurant food and service were of a high standard.
Overall very happy with our spa experience
