All of the staff throughout the stay were great whether that be front desk, restaurant or spa. The afternoon tea, breakfast and dinner service were all run smoothly with attentive staff. Room was exceptionally clean and well supplied with toiletries, coffees and teas. Would highly recommend!

Joanne was fantastic, but you feel like a spare part if you are not staying at the hotel. You even have to pay £7 to hire a robe which I thought was a joke after paying over 80 quid for a massage
