Amazing spa facilities, loved the outdoor jacuzzi! Massage was amazing and relaxing. Staff were so helpful and friendly. The afternoon tea setup was beautiful.

Really not happy! Was my first time going to spa paid alot of money to get away from my children and stressfull life but was faced with kids splashing in pool and being loud and worst of all wasnt informed there was a wedding reception that evening i was kept awake with loud music and drunk people either side of me i actually cried as was my birthday i didnt sleep till 1:30 in morning! So instead of coming home fresh i was exhausted and angry!!!!!

The Guildford Manor Hotel and Spa is a beautifully decorated hotel and Spa. My daughter in law and myself decided to treat ourselves to a weekend away and we were not disappointed. The rooms are spacious with every comfort including tea and coffee. The staff gave excellent customer service and the spa staff skilled and caring. The pool and gym area are spacious and spotless. It’s worth having time in the gym as the food is also excellent. Excellent hotel in every way.
