I had a lovely Swedish full body massage, probably the best massage I’ve ever had. Lux was attentive, friendly, smiley and really listened and made sure I was comfortable throughout!

Lovely facial, limited spa facilities and jacuzzi impossible to get any access to due to number of guests trying togain access to one small bath
No slippers or flip flops provided and on this stay we needed to pay a deposit for towels/robes which in my opinion are a standard in any spa

Me and my husband both enjoyed the facilities and the couple massage. Afternoon tea was great .

Couples Massage
Don't expect luxury here, its clean, friendly and a good location. If you have limited mobility then it's not for you if you can't manage stairs as all treatment rooms are on the first floor and no lifts available. To manoeuvre around the building you need to go outside if in a wheelchair, and though warned not fun when it's raining hard. 15 minutes before my facial I was told I could not have the one booked as no product left. Overpriced treatments and very basic. Its OK but not special.
