The most thorough facial I have ever had. Absolutely brilliant. I even had my arms hands shoulders and head massaged. Very relaxing I didn’t want it to end !

Do not use this company if you have any kind of disability or additional needs. I booked using a Xmas present voucher from my son. Before I confirmed the booking I emailed spabreaks asking questions about accessibility to the hotel, spa etc. I was very clear about my access needs and was reassured it was all fine, but when I arrived at Guildford Manor Hotel and Spa I was met with a large number of steps at the entrance. I use a walker and whilst I can climb stairs it is very painful for me.

I booked the Spa and Sunday Roast as a birthday treat for my sister. The facilities were good; our massages (both with Peenida) were excellent and the Sunday lunch was fantastic. A great experience all round.
Treatment by Venus•Swedish Massage
Lux was very thorough and made a real difference to my sore shoulders. An excellent massage.
