My sister and I had a pregnancy massage.
We were not asked any questions about our pre filled out form and areas to focus on. They forgot to massage my sisters left arm and did not massage either of our upper legs and in my form I specifically said my pain was there and to focus there.They made my sister lie on her back at 32 weeks pregnant. They spent a unnecessary amount of time rubbing oil into our face. I would not say they were trained in pregnancy massages at all which is a big concern.

I had a lovely time at this hotel it was really nice I gsd a great time and would definitely go back... but I was very surprised that the bar shut at 10.30pm

The hotel was really cold and the service was very poor , very short staffed and some staff were rude.

Booked in for couples massage at 1.30pm. Called at 11.50am to say one member of staff was off sick, could we please do one massage at 12pm and the other at 1, we were nowhere near the hotel and heading out for lunch. Were told we we would be compensated but this did not happen. While the massage was ok in the end, the therapist was not very friendly with either me or my husband.

It was ok. The best part was the outdoor heated pool. The receptionist was friendly. No instructions of where to go or what we can do in the spa just simple instructions “walk down the end to the spa” the therapist had a really serious face which was quite daunting. Rooms are NOT sound proof we didn’t get one wink of sleep as people were slamming doors all night and shouting. Complained and nothing was done? Not even a sorry just that we should of said sooner then we did which would of been 3am.
