My stay was ok , some parts were very good but some parts were very disappointing. The facilities were a bit dated , and the steam room wasn't working on the day we were there, the restaurant was nice the afternoon tea was very good and the service we received in the evening was very good. But the breakfast was cold the following morning.

My friend and I had a Morning Spa Break. The hotel is lovely and I understand has gone through some recent refurbishments. The Spa is pretty basic so I can't give it a 5 star rating. It does have a gym, pool, jacuzzi, and indorr and outdoor jacuzzis, and I think steam room and sauna.
I had the Indian head and back massage. Itwas great. Skilled and friendly.
Biggest issue is staff availability - delays in bookings right down thoroughout the visit -. They are just understaffed in all areas.

Nice weekend stay - good hotel in lovely grounds, great location and great outdoor pool.

The venue is very nice and modern however it’s quite dirty in places. We had cobwebs on our ceiling and in the dining room. The floor under the dinning room tables was dirty too as was the window sills. Shame otherwise it could be really nice.
