Me and my husband had a deep massage and it was very good and relaxing, especially for my husband who is recovering from stroke.

Deep Tissue Massage
room was a great room with a view but when it rain quite hard water was coming through the window and all they did to resolve it was put towels on the window ledge which after a while was very damp.
Also on our package we had a lunch included which we tried to exchange for part of our evening meal but that did not happen.

The pool, steam room and outdoor jacuzzi were good. The sauna was OK, but not that hot, and there wasn't any water to pour on to increase the heat. The jacuzzi inside didn't look that clean - it had sand and other deposits on the surface which put me off using it. Unfortunately the welcome and atmosphere could have been better. There wasn't anyone at the spa reception, I had to walk back to the hotel to ask for the water to be filled up. The lounge area was small. I felt I needed more towels.

Well it is a case of fur coat and no knickers! The hotel looks good but the customer service is so poor it’s laughable. When we checked in there was no one in reception, we shouted and rang the bell for 10 minutes before the receptionist arrived. She gave us no information about the hotel and there was no welcome brochure in our room. So we did not know where to hire robes from? ( incidentally which 4* hotels make you hire a robe? Normally this is complementary) The spa was grimy and overprice

Very disappointed all round.
Reception welcome and departure was very cold. Had to ask for everything!
No one to greet you at the spa area!
Tiny towels, dressing gowns need upgrading and ones that fit.
Outdoor Jacuzzi was very gritty, changing rooms dirty and full of water.
Treatment rooms could have felt more cosy, the towels you laid on, where very crunchy and not soft or large enough and a cold room.
Overall I wouldn’t return or recommend!
