Terrible, impossible to get through on the phone to any department let alone booking a spa day/lunch. The treatment that was booked was for Indian head massage, etc, but when I got to the therapist she said she had me in for a Swedish massage! I love a head massage that is why I booked it. The place is a bit like faulty towers, awful bling chairs and decor in the dining room, makes it look so cheap, but fabulous outdoor areas and pool. Such a shame could be lovely if it was run properly/decor
Head Massage
I don’t call 3 hrs a spa day, this was a con, plus the massage again I’m not sure that’s what it was, I could hardly feel anything but a tickle on my legs, thighs, arms etc. this spa leaves a lot to be desired.
Swedish Massage
A thoroughly enjoyable experience at the spa. My only criticism is that I would have preferred a larger robe !
The tea was delicious and I have already recommended it to friends.
