In my opinion the salon has started to lose value in its customers and is more about making money. Nearly £100 so that you can have a facial with the “director” in my option is appalling. Does this mean your staff can’t offer the same level of service as you... I guess not. Especially as when I visited for a hours facial instead I got a rushed treatment that lasted about 40 minutes once the therapist actually decided to come in the room whilst I was lying there waiting. I have visited a few times hoping that maybe it would get better but this will be my last. As the salon has decided to get so greedy and cutting corners I will be spending my money at another salon instead.
