My visit was good, polite staff very welcoming.
My problem was with my manicure, the therapist didn't know what she was doing when she proceeded to rip my cuticle off leaving 4 of my fingers pouring with blood. 1 finger was still bleeding the next day.
I was ordered a free service, but was hesistant to go back after that ordeal, when I did ask for a refund I was told, " a refund wont make your finger stop bleeding" and was told to come back the next day, a sunday, but they were shut.
As that was my first manicure I wasnt sure what had gone wrong. But upon having a second one in another establishment I can say that cuticle softener wasnt used, hence why she was ripping them off, she the proceeded to paint over the the top of the bleeding nail, two problems my finger dried with polish and blood and 2 blood was now on that brush which will be used on another customer.

Gude was friendly and very good at the massage! I came out feeling a difference immediately. Gude made me feel at ease and I knew I was in good hands. Would come back for sure!

Very friendly and professional service from Lauren. Salon very clean and well appointed. Lauren took the time to explain the various facial treatments and demonstrated excellent knowledge. Will definitely be going back!

Lovely treatment, although felt very pressured to buy a product or book another treatment straightaway, of which i did neither. It has put me off going back.
