The massage was okay, they were training someone new which is not a problem but would have been nice to know in advance. The music being played on repeat is quite off off putting. Very clean place though.

After waiting 5 mins, I had to call the number for someone to take my appointment.Ambience was very hostile and the massage was poor, likely my masseuse had little or no training as it was painful and rushed so that she could finish nails next door!

The venue looked to be closed down, with pedicure chairs and bowls stacked in the corner. On arrival, the lady was unaware of my appointment. I was taken into a room and told to undress - but not what so i had to leave the room to ask. The room was cold, and unrelaxing. The massage was not relaxing per se - effective; but not relaxing. It was much more of a sports massage, strong and working into the muscles. The therapist also swapped half way through without saying anything.

Didn’t provide pillow for my neck when facing up. My head was rest on the face rest instead causing imbalanced while rubbing and I’m now in more pain. Money wasted
