One person started massaging me then ten minutes later someone else rushes in the room with there jacket on takes it all off and replaces the first person with their unwashed cold hands.. I actually couldn’t believe it. Ten minutes later I asked to leave because the massage was awful. Very unrelaxing experience.. I asked for my money back and they called the owner who said she would give me 30mins extra because they didn’t want to refund me. Nice people but not for me
