Gulay was amazing, before we even started the treatment she took the time to explain the condition and needs of my skin to me as well as what I should do to better take care of it on my own, including product recommendations. The treatment itself was amazing, she is so generous with the products she uses and really tailors the experience to suit your skin needs - my skin has never felt so soft!! She takes her time to do a such a thorough job and you really feel taken care of the whole way.

Gulay booked me in at short notice for a deep cleansing personalised facial. She spent hours working on my blocked pores and I left with the most clear complexion I have ever had from a facial.
She kindly was at the end of the phone for me when purchasing new products to help with my skin type and I couldn't be happier with the information she has given me. I now feel as though I have knowledge about product my skin requires and I hope when I am next back in London to see her again.
