Personable, funny stylist — but very disappointed with the result. I asked for fine, blended babylights in golden caramel tones with visible contrast (showed 2 photos), my natural colour is dark chestnut. Result came out almost one uniform colour, less dimension than my hair had before. When she tried stripping toner to fix it, my scalp burned for up to 2 hours. This is my once-a-year treat, and by far the most disappointing, uncomfortable experience I've had in 3 years.

My experience at Gusto Covent Garden was absolutely first rate! I was greeted cheerfully and offered coffee while they hung up my jacket and I waited just a few minutes for my consultation and haircut! Diane is a marvel… with just a lovely personality, and professional skills for miles! I received a very relaxing shampoo and a top-notch haircut from a gifted stylist… so happy with the result! She knew exactly what I wanted… she listened and she delivered! Thank you so much, Diane and Gusto!
