Overall a good cut for a decent price. Joseph had rather a strong idea what he should do with my hair and didn't really listen to what I wanted. The music was really loud and totally unrelaxing which is not really ideal for a hair salon. The other staff seemed really friendly but I don't think I'll be going back.

Good central London location, and friendly staff but disappointed by 2 things: firstly I was told halfway through my treatment that an extra £15 would be added as my hair is longer than shoulder length; secondly the result so far (I had it about a week ago) is reasonable, but certainly not as good as previous treatments I've had where I don't even need to blow dry my hair. Probably won't go back.
