I feel the salon could be far more professional... a friendly greeting and to be offered a drink..I had to ask for one. I am very happy with the cut and color, not so happy that. I was charged more than was stated on the website. I wonder if that happens everytime...I would hope not.

I really enjoyed it, the hairdresser gave me a great advice in choosing how I wanted my hair to be, and I was really pleased with my haircut. Would definitely recommend.

Have been to Gusto a fair few times and it just keeps getting better and better.
The value is incredible but importantly what you get is on a par if not better than salons 4 times the price! Totally love the new decor, and as always they create a warm, personable environment. Pluses include attentive staff, super central location and stylists that go the extra mile to ensure my hair is always just how I envision.
Nothing to fault and would always recommend to friends.

Extremely pleased with this salon, absolutely my fave in London as they offer above anything else I've experienced so far. Service is fantastic and everyone is so helpful and skilled at their trade! I had Krissy and she has such flair and was able too manage my hair perfectly, truly a 5 star venue!

Really great atmosphere and Maria was lovely. She gave brilliant tips on how to look after your hair, but not sure it was the best cut I've ever had!
