This was the worst haircut I’ve ever had, the hairdresser didn’t listen to what I asked, she went so fast it was like she was in a rush and didn’t take the time to be precise or check her work. It felt very unprofessional.

I am a very anxious person, and I honestly hate getting my hair cut. I find the process really stressful, and I hate being touched by people I don't know. Mario was hands down the best hairdresser I have ever had, not only did he talk me through the cut, but he talked me through the styling I would have to do.
Further, he talked to be about what he was doing, was kind, and just calmed my anxiety.
The only downside was I was so relaxed, I forgot to tip him, thank god I booked another apointment so I can give him double next time.
