This was not the salons fault. I had booked via Treatwell an appointment with my usual hairdresser and when I received the confirmation email the hairdresser had changed. This happened on my previous booking too. I rang the salon and they corrected it but when I arrived i waited an hour only to have a different stylist. No one explained what was going on. Thankfully Tarek who ended up cutting my hair did a wonderful job!

I asked for quite a detailed and specific style of highlights and I got exactly what I asked for. Lots of attention was paid to my hair and the job was finished to a high standard. I always come to Gusto because I get good results for really good value.

Probably the best haidresser I've ever been to. Tarek knew immediately how best to cut my hair (I was really unhappy with the shape and weight when I came in) and executed it with fantastic artistry. Couldn't recommend Gusto more.
