Soo amazing, the value is just incredible, love all the staff. Went on last min pre event cut and blow dry, wasn't quite sure what to expect and was completely amazed by the level of skill and finesse my stylist showed.
I loved everything about about this salon from the ambience to the great all round experience of being pampered. My fave hairdressers to date.

A looot of things went wrong in my visit. First say that I booked a haircut with blow dry plus luxury max. Well, when I booked I did it in the option short hair ( above shoulders) as I always do in this venue. Was my fourth time in this place and nobody ever give a problem with this until the last time. The lady who was waiting for me to do my treatment ( Kristine) was lied down in the sofa with a not very nice face, without a hello or nothing the first thing that she said ( not to me, to the receptionist) " she have long hair", say that my hair was above shoulders. There we start the discussion about the long of my hair blabla finally they decide to do the treatment. The lady washed my hair in a really hard way and she didn't do the luxury mask that I always get this treatment, when I point that to her she told me that she only puted the mask 2 min because the greasy of my hair. My hair is not greasy and never never in my other visits the hairdresser told me nothing about it, her name is Ophelia and she is amazing. The hair cut was very average, not terrible but not very good. The blow dry aswell super raft and all the time with a very angry face. For finish say that they always offer you some water, the or coffee, nobody offer me nothing this time. I don't know if I will come back at all and if I do it will be just for Ophelia and her great job.

I am in love with my hair! Finally, I found a hairdresser who knew what suited me best. Mario was great at communication. We spoke for a bit before starting with the haircut, which was super helpful. Eventually, I took his advice, and I am super happy with the style and the length, it suits my face very well!
