really lovely hairdresser who dyed and cut my hair very well. the only slight negative feeling I had was that she was clearly rushed/overrun by the time she was blow-drying my hair which made it feel a bit rushed. however, this didn't affect the overall look I finished with.
Ladies' Haircuts
Still in progress- there were still building works going on. I waited about 15 mins to be seen, but didn't mind at all. The only thing I really didn't appreciate was having my hair washed in freezing cold water with no apology or explanation- i could only have guessed that this was due to the fact the site was not ready. I would have preferred to have gone to other gusto if I had been told previously that the site was still being 'built'. I would definitely return when they are up and running fully, but I really did wonder why they had opened at all when they clearly can't give top notch standard hair cutting facilties and perhaps they should just wait until there wasn't a builder, or rubble on the floor, and fully functioning hot water?

Just had a wash, cut and blow dry with Alan and I'm so happy! I'll definitely be going here again. Great value for £28!

Went to their new salon in Covent Garden and enjoyed the experience way more than previous times I had been to their Soho location. Miro does such a great cut/color and I would definitely go back to him.

As others have commented the shop is still new so it appears as though it hasn't been fully decorated yet. But staff were friendly and haircut was ok.
