Tarek did my treatment and was beyond amazing. One of the best stylists I've had, really nice and attentive. Probably is one of the best keratin treatments that I've had, smooth and effective. Important to say that they charge an extra £15 for hair lenght under the shoulders...!! Other than that, perfect. I'll come back for sure!
Ladies' Brazilian Blow Dry
Ofelia did an amazing job on my colour - managed to blend over my really stripey roots and seemed to do the impossible for hairdressers at the moment - cut my bob back in without making it look mumsy. I will certainly go back and ask for her again specifically!

Visited the sister Soho branch but came here for a change for this treatment. Punctual, welcoming, treatment is one I've had before and hair silky smooth. Good value for money.

Went for a wash and cut, was treated fab the entire time there LOVE my cut, exactly what I asked for and for such a brilliant price. Will 100% be returning next time.
Ladies' Haircuts
I was charged over 20 pounds more than original price (I paid at venue) and the stylist did not show me colour chart book for my hair colour so she breached my hair so much that my hair went streight to super yellow blond from dark brown. I have a feeling they deliberately did that so they can charge me extra 10 pounds for toner ( I found so weird to pay for toner if "a stylist" breached my hair too much). even for toner, she did not show me a colour chart how much darker I want to be, so as a result I still got so much more blond than I expented it to be. She did not leave toner for while, she washed that out after 10 seconds massaging my head. (they call that "treatment" in menu by the way) so toner did not
really go into my hair. I needed to go to another hair salon for toning right after and the stylist thought I highlight my hair myself at home not by a professional. and this salon i went after did way better job. I dont recommend Gusto at all and I felt I wasted so
much money on what I do not like.
