I was charged over 20 pounds more than original price (I paid at venue) and the stylist did not show me colour chart book for my hair colour so she breached my hair so much that my hair went streight to super yellow blond from dark brown. I have a feeling they deliberately did that so they can charge me extra 10 pounds for toner ( I found so weird to pay for toner if "a stylist" breached my hair too much). even for toner, she did not show me a colour chart how much darker I want to be, so as a result I still got so much more blond than I expented it to be. She did not leave toner for while, she washed that out after 10 seconds massaging my head. (they call that "treatment" in menu by the way) so toner did not
really go into my hair. I needed to go to another hair salon for toning right after and the stylist thought I highlight my hair myself at home not by a professional. and this salon i went after did way better job. I dont recommend Gusto at all and I felt I wasted so
much money on what I do not like.

I was lucky to get a last-minute Friday lunchtime appointment, they were busy but ensured I was in and out in time to get back to work. The young lady who cut my hair was very friendly and gave me exactly the haircut I wanted, for n extremely good price. I would highly recommend and was absolutely be back soon.

I happened across this lovely little salon whilst browsing the Treatwell site. It had only been open a week when I visited in February 2017, so was very quiet when I visited for my mid-week, lunch time appointment. I was greeted with a warm welcome and my stylist (Daina) was exceptionally friendly and chatty. She spent time perfecting my cut and blow dried it to perfection! It is definitely the best cut I have had in years and I will most definitely be back! Thanks Daina :) x

Mario did an amazing job on my thick dark hair, although the colour didn't come out as what it looked like in the picture, it wasn't his fault as my hair is so dark and it was my first ever colour. The salon was in a great location too. I absolutely love my hair and couldn't thank him enough!!
Balayage
My visit to Gusto was fantastic - Miro was so friendly, gave me a wonderful head massage and delivered an fantastic cut and blow dry!
