Free luxury mask was not provided and stylist did what she wanted and not what was asked. I felt rushed. However, maybe the hairdresser was having a bad day. Ends of my hair are worse than when I arrived so will need to go to another hair dresser. Oxford street branch is much much better and professional in my personal experience.

Ady was great with my hairwash and blowdry. It lasted me all week (lost curls but hair still looked shiny and fresh)
