It was good except one member of staff, Maria, was having a very childish tantrum and accusing the other staff of stealing her scissors. It was quite unprofessional in front of the customers.

Lady who blow dried my air was lovely and I was pleased however what ruined this treatment was the EXTREMELY RUDE lady on reception she had no customer service skills whatsoever. I did complain to the stylist who was very apologetic.

The Gusto salon staff was extremely friendly and made my experience very pleasant. Ofelia did a marvellous job and I was very satisfied with the outcome. My blow-dry lasted a whole 2 weeks!

My first time there and i m very happy with Kristina who cut my hair! However i was very surprise when i was ask to pay more as apparently my hair were "very long". First my hair were not that long, second they don't have a "very long" hair option on their online form and lastly a trim is still a trim no matter how long your hair are. Overall a good experience, apart from this weird request though.
