I was seen 10 minutes early by Alan, and he gave me the best highlights I've had! The cut was great too. All the staff were very friendly and helpful - really can't fault the experience.

I didn't quite like the whole experience. The hair stylist was a bit messy when washing my hair as I had water dripping on my shoulders. And then when blow drying , he was a little rough.so I felt my hair was literally being pulled . But the results of the blow dry was okay. And yes, the lady at the counter was really nice too.
