I booked an appointment at 11am and arrived to be told the stylist hadn't turned up. While I was there the receptionist called him and was told he wasn't coming in. I booked the appointment for an occasion and am now left stuck. I also would have appreciated being told in advance as opposed to travelling there to be told I couldn't get it done. Terrible customer experience.

Nice atmosphere, was a little unprofessional but very kind staff. For the amount i paid i got exactly what i wanted
Ladies' Haircuts
Have to say not 100% happy after this visit as the colour was not what I requested and this was due to language issues. Even using the shade charts the end colour was the same I arrived with not darker as I wanted - I specifically said I didn't like my existing shade. No roots or grey hair though but will use home kit to rectify in a few weeks.

Ofelia was very good, I left feeling happy with the result and she blow dried my hair beautifully! Only thing was they pushed my Appt an hour later but otherwise would definitely recommend.
