Good haircut for the price but the blow dry was a bit rough and hot.
This is my 3rd visit to Gusto in Covent Garden and I will definitely be coming back. Maria did a great job in cutting my hair and really listened to what I wanted. The popcorn was also a nice touch which was very much appreciated!
Sara was amazing
As a busy working mother, I was really looking forward to the treat of a pamper session on a Monday evening 'in town'. I had booked a half head of highlights, haircut, conditioning and blow dry. I used a Treatwell voucher that I got as a birthday gift. The colour is ok but unfortunately the person I had was terrible- rough, distracted and yet thought she was amazing- not the most relaxing experience- I was less stressed having my dental implants done! All the other hairdressers seem to be treating their clients wonderfully while I felt like a manhandled mannequin! I hinted with 'ouches' as she used a hairdryer on foils and tugged at my hair repeatedly. I really wanted to tell her to 'calm down' and give her constructive feedback but I did not want to do so in public...and she was holding a pair of scissors and a hot hairdryer! I've never left a 'bad' review before but I hope this could be used constructively so that she this particular hairdresser can learn and improve her client's experience. A 2.5 hour visit to the hairdressers is not just about the outcome but also a pamper experience - I was left feeling rather traumatised and very, very disappointed with the experience. Sorry!
It was so quick and just what I asked for. So cheap too I would go again x
