The place looks a lot bigger and newer in the picture. The lady (Asian) who picked up the phone was not so nice, when I called her for being late for about 7 min due to the bus stop closed making me walk further down from the original stop which was right in front of the salon. It was 3 min after my appointment when I called them saying I will be late for total 10 min, but she said 'you are already late as it is almost 10 min past your appointment'. It wasn't. Anyway I already made a payment in advance so had to go- no choice. The man who did my hair was very nice. He was kind and try to ask if things are ok with me. So I might have to think about going back there again ..
Ladies' Haircuts
I bought the haircut with a deep conditioning hair mask treatment voucher from Treatwell at Gusto Covent Garden and was extremely happy with the result! The gentleman who cut my hair was so polite and nice and did a great job with long, thick hair. The service was punctual and everybody was very kind and nice. Definitely will return for my next haircut! Also, bought the deal for a steal! Well done, Treatwell!
