However, having book the Treatwell deal, there was some confusion about the length of my hair (unstated as to what short-long hair was, there was no "medium" length option when booking, so I was charged an extra £5.60 at the venue, very disappointed by this as I'm a student on a tight budget so might have preferred doing some hair modelling to shelling out extra at the venue. Couldn't back out as I'd already committed and paid the rest online)
