There isn't much to the salon as I assume its a new location, and it's quite tiny but clean. I needed my platinum blonde toned and my regrowth bleached, which my stylist did, though the product they use is extremely strong and I came home with a lot of burns on my scalp, which isn't normal for me considering I have been getting my hair bleached and toned with 20 vol toner for 5 years now. I assume it was just the product as the stylist checked my hair extremely frequently. My haircut was impeccable and my stylist cut my hair dry which I prefer. Really a no frills salon but the price wasn't bad for what I got.

I thought I was booking at the salon in soho, and the app didn't make it clear that there are two salons. So I went to the wrong one, thus having to walk for 15 minutes to the other salon and be late. This caused a 1.5 hour delay in my treatment and cut. The staff where lovely and accommodating, and I am very happy with the finished product, but it was a major waste of my time and I doubt I'll use the app to book there again.

I had the best visit at this salon! My hair stylist was very polite, she listened to what I wanted and it was honestly one of the best hair cuts I have had in London. As I have curly hair it can be hard to find hair stylists that know what they're doing, but I left very happy. I believe that my hair stylist was called Diana (forgive me if I'm wrong I'm writing this review a few weeks later), but thank you for such a lovely experience! I will definitely be back. There was a great atmosphere also, it was very comfortable.
