Staffs are really kind and very on time. I had haircut and conditioner - just 5 min after shampoo. I thought conditioner was too short but It worked anyway. Also I satisfied with my haircut too. I might go there again.

I made the appointment for my daughter for her haircut and treatment specifically for her long hair (more expensive first place). At arrival she told them she wanted have her mid-back length hair cut to just-below-shoulder length. Then she was told she had to pay 51 instead of 36 because "they had to cut a lot". I agreed to pay 51 when she asked for my permission on the phone, because she was there already. Although it stated "For very long hair (close to waist length) there may be a surcharge of £6. Very long hair is defined as up to waist length" in my confirmation e-mail, I still don't know how they calculated this 15 difference. While my daughter is very happy with the result, I feel cheated.

The salon was lovely and the staff were extremely nice. My hairdresser, Ofelia, did an amazing job with my hair and it turned out exactly how I wanted. The luxury conditioner treatment itself has also made my hair feel silky and smooth.
