The receptionist was lovely and got me a drink on arrival. However, the first thing my hairdresser said to me was "What do you want doing, I have another customer". At this point I should have just left because her priorities were clearly elsewhere. I see going to the hairdressers as a treat and time to relax, so I was very disappointed with my experience at this hairdressers. I'm not sure of her name as she did not introduce herself, but it was clear she wanted to get my hair cut as quick as possible. I did not receive the luxury mask conditioning treatment either, but felt too uncomfortable to mention this as she was clearly in a rush. Overall, the haircut is OK, but I will not be returning or recommending this hairdressers to my friends or family.
I visted last Thursday and booked an appointment in my lunch break as I work opposite the salon. My appoinment was booked for 12.30 so I arrived just before. When I arrived they told me they were running 15 minutes behind, which annoyed me but wasnt the end of the world. I then waited until just after 1pm, 35 minutes after I arrived. By this point I was furious as it was booked in to my lunch break for a reason- why didn't they call me and tell me they were running late?! The receptionist was sat there doing nothing watching youtube videos, i'm sure she could have found the 2 minutes to call. Although my hairdressers was lovely, this put me in a bad mood for the whole haircut, which I was looking foward to.The cut and blowdry was good, although I am used to hairdressers which use serum or a similar product so when I left my hair didn't have that usual nice hair dressers finish.
