They asked me to change my appointment last minute then when I did come in had to wait almost half an hour to be seen with no apologies or explanation. Water was cold when I got my hair washed. Was asked what I wanted to drink then was brought wrong drink. If I was paying full price I would expect a much better experience!

Really pleased with my cut by Giuseppe; he was engaging and attentive, clearly a very experienced hairdresser. I did have to ask to change to a male hairdresser though, as I'd booked a male specifically (just always been a personal preference) and then was introduced to a female. Apparently it doesn't tally who you book with here as their system is not yet set up that way, even though the booking page lets you specify a hairdresser. All came out well in the end though, even though the start was embarrassing!

Haircut was very fast, and was curled very nicely. Loved the end result and will definitely be coming back!
