As a regular customer to both branches, I had the pleasure of meeting Virginia. She took great care of my mum to ensure she had the best experience and restored her gray hairs for the full colour amazingly! However, my hair (toner) did not last long at all. This is the second time at this branch where I have toned my hair and it not lasting even a week, when they say it should last a few weeks at the least. Nonetheless, I would recommend Virginia for a colour as she picks it as you want
