I was charged an extortionate amount for toner and for having long hair (despite the fact that I'm naturally VERY blonde and my hair is thin, so it's not extra labour) - it ended up costing way too much total, felt scammed really.

didn't listen to me at all. gave me basic haircut because she didn't have experience and tried to overcharge me as well. I could say a lot more but out of respect for her age I will just say that I regret going here.
