I’m somewhat happy with the haircut, as I never ask for anything complicated. However, my experience wasn’t great overall. I had to wait for over 30 minutes before we even got started, which was quite frustrating, especially as it was the end of the day and all I wanted was to get my haircut and go home.

Everyone was lovely, environment was clean and welcoming however the picture I showed versus the end result was very different. Very cool toned almost grey rather than the pearly blond I was after. 5 starts for customer service and application however the colour was not correct. The hairstylist was lovely and explained everything very well but again end colour wasn’t what I asked for.
