Quality of the perm and experience was great overall.
my only gripe is they charged me extra for having "medium Length hair", which wasn't mentioned online. Im happy to pay a bit more but it seemed arbitrary and I would have liked to have been made aware prior.

Disappointing. Charisse was lovely, I was happy with my hair, cut was great, once home I realised I have half an inch of root showing so highlights could have been better. However, they caused a chemical reaction with the toner when applied to my scalp, likely due to bleach or shampoo not being rinsed thoroughly before applying, my scalp was burning. Despite this, i was still charged the £30 for the toner! I emailed to explain and have since had a refund but no apology or acknowledgment!
