I did not have Ady as they mixed up the clients. Although the hairdressers were kind and nice people, I am greatly disappointed with my haircut and will have to get it fixed elsewhere despite paying £56. The result was not as discussed and is far too choppy and lost a lot of length. I will not be returning and wish I could get my money back.

Great experience in the heart of London. A quick trim and blow out. Denise was lovely and I’d definitely go back to her. The best is that the salon is priced so competitively which is surprising in central London.
