I ended up with hot roots - and the rest of my hair was barely touched by the dye. When I made a comment about it they said it would go away in a few washes, but the top of my head is still a very different colour from the rest

Did not enjoy experience. Felt I was forced into having to paying extra for toner. Multiple comments made that left me feeling uncomfortable and insecure. Think it was supposed to be coming from a good place but felt insulting. For example, I look like I have a mullet (been losing hair due to stress so at the front was shorter). I have a dry scalp which is an insecurity but was made to feel like I was incapable of washing my hair (consistently mansplaining to me how to wash hair)

Olimpia was an absolute joy to work with! She was incredibly meticulous with the cut and very efficient. I felt extremely comfortable throughout my experience here and can always count on feeling much more confident after my visits here. I would absolutely recommend Gusto!
