Disappointed by both the toner which didn't make a noticeable difference to my hair colour or condition, and the cut. The issue with the cut was a genuine mistake but left me with an oddly cut chunk of hair at the front.

It was my first time at Gousto Covent Garden, so I was not sure what to expect but actually I had a pretty good experience. Melania did my highlights, she made a great colour match for me and did a nice haircut. I had to pay extra because toner was not included but I expected that.
