Unfortunately the venue was very underwhelming, dirty and unkempt. The first time in many years using Treatwell where I felt misled by the rating. The staff were all absolutely lovely but I wouldn’t go back sadly as I was looking for a lush pampering experience and I definitely didn’t get it.

I had damaged curls with dead ends. My last stylist failed at shaping them at all and they were all over the place. I felt really self conscious as I had lots of meetings to go to. with awful haircut.
Fear not, Snezhe to the rescue.. After a calking 5 minute shampoo and condition with mini massage, I was ready for a quick clean scissor cut. My curls are feeling great and my hair now has style.

I liked my haircut and I got a promotion for haircut and blow dry but I just got my hair dried. Not really a blow dry however I liked my haircut cut!

Snezhe was extremely welcoming and put me at ease. I have anxiety around hairdressers (trauma 😅) and she helped calm me. she talked me through everything, made sure I understood and then we started chatting about life. will defo be back.
