The toner result was okay but didn’t quite match my expectations. The hair appointment was efficient, but the overall experience felt a bit rushed. Decent, but I’d hoped for more attention to detail. Probably wouldn’t revisit unless necessary.

I had a great experience at Gusto two weeks ago. They were very accommodating when I arrived early and everyone was very professional. With the haircut, Toni didn’t just give me a haircut; she gave me a full on masterclass on how to treat and style my hair according to my preferences and hair type. I’ve been practicing all her tips and tricks since and can honestly say my hair has never looked better. I’ve also never had so many compliments after a haircut. Thanks Toni, I will be booking again.
