I asked for half head of brown lowlights and got a full head of bright blonde. I had to go to another salon to get it fixed. It flooded under my chair, got my stuff wet, and the stylist had to be told to stop using the electric tools. £230 mistake.

Amazing service, Olimpia is super talented and considerate, I have wavy hair and I normally don’t have good experiences with hairdressers, but I’m more than happy with my haircut. Highly recommend!!!
