Awful experience. After choosing toner and blow dry and paying for it upfront through Treatwell, my hairdresser tells me that what I’ve paid for is only a “rough blow dry”, even though I specifically chose a “blow dry” not a rough one. At the end of the treatment she told me to never book her through Treatwell again as they take 35% commission and it’s insulting for her to do Treatwell bookings!! What a joke!? Why is this place listed in Treatwell if they dont want bookings from them?
