Great communication with the salon before the appointment time as I left a message regarding the length and thickness of my hair at booking. Upon arrival it was really welcoming and I was seated quickly I had time for a chat about what I wanted and was given a drink before wash and conditioning treatment. Toni was excellent experience professional she worked with my hair not against it. She showed me what products I should use and to do to recreate my look. I am over the moon love it Thanks

I was shouted down by a rude lady as soon as I arrived for me choosing the wrong hair length (a quiet word explanation would have been acceptable) I was going to pay the £6 shortfall but I was whisked away to have my hair washed in cold water. I was then given a rough dry and then my hair curled with straighteners. Paying for a blow dry you expect a correct blow dry. To be honest they treat Treatwell customers not very WELL at all. Why they are on treatwell is a mystery. She demanded the £6.
