Eva was so friendly and professionally from the moment I walked in. I wasn't sure what I wanted colour/cut wise and she listened and gave me great suggestions. I came out with a whole new look that I loved. Very skilled, highly recommend.

Whilst I stress that I am happy with the end result of my haircut, the experience was uncomfortable throughout (though the other staff did seem very nice). I smiled and nodded my way through it because I wanted it over and done with, but I felt I was being laughed at and patronised from the beginning. I acknowledge that this may well just be a matter of clashing personalities, so others may not have the same problems. And besides this, the salon itself seems very nice.

My experience at the salon wasn’t all that bad. I was greeted warmly upon arrival, but as soon as I stepped in, the owner mentioned that I had medium hair, even though my hair is short. When I met the hairdresser, she told me that my hair was too greasy and required a deep wash, which came with an extra charge. Other than that, she was nice. Overall, the experience was okay, but I expected better. I won’t be coming back.
