Virginia was absolutely wonderful! She took so much time and care to understand my hair type, what I wanted and what would suit me best. She gave me loads of genuinely helpful advice on products and how to look after my hair, which I really appreciated as it’s something I normally struggle with.
The whole experience was so relaxing, and the head massage was lovely.
I asked for a blowout and it still looked great the next day, which never usually happens with my hair! I never felt rushed
