Did not enjoy experience. Felt I was forced into having to paying extra for toner. Multiple comments made that left me feeling uncomfortable and insecure. Think it was supposed to be coming from a good place but felt insulting. For example, I look like I have a mullet (been losing hair due to stress so at the front was shorter). I have a dry scalp which is an insecurity but was made to feel like I was incapable of washing my hair (consistently mansplaining to me how to wash hair)

Olimpia was an absolute joy to work with! She was incredibly meticulous with the cut and very efficient. I felt extremely comfortable throughout my experience here and can always count on feeling much more confident after my visits here. I would absolutely recommend Gusto!

Eva is an experienced professional hairdresser and im very pleased with my highlights..the colour is lovely and has blended in well (my hair also had alot of grey 🤭 which has completely disappeared).

It was fine - all on time. He listened to what I had to say and did a good job of my hair cut.
You advertise as a specialist in curly hair but this was not obvious in the salon.
