Serene did a wonderful job doing my highlights and cutting my bob! Since my hair has been through a lot of coloring and highlights, she knew to use lower-volume developers, and my hair feels healthy! The color and tone is also great, highly recommend her and will be back!

Didn’t feel safe, listened to or cared for at all (unlike the last place I went to where I paid about the same amount of money).
She tried to manipulate and gaslight me into thinking that I was wrong with everything I asked for or called out.
At the end, I walked out feeling rushed, close to tears, and with a completely uneven and way to long bob. Now I need to get it corrected somewhere else. Thank you in this economy, really.

The place was really good but what stood out the most was the service and final result by Olimpia. She is absolutly amazing!
I will defetly be coming back to her everytime.
I actually fainted that day and was on the floor for a long time; my hair still looked absolutly amazing.
