The haircut was amazing and I liked the layering she did. Hairdresser talked a lot during the haircut and stops the cut mid way to chat which I'm not a huge fan of.

I actually am quite pleased with the cut and colour… but the rest of the experience was really disappointing. I arrived exactly on time, but my hairdresser wasn’t able to see me for another 34 minutes (fine). While she was absolutely lovely, she did have both a cold and coldsore (fine). Then no hot water so they washed my hair with a kettle&lunchbox (fine). But at the end, they tried to charge an extra £80 - “the app clearly says extra for toner/treatment”. It just… wasn’t fun or a nice time.
