I had shown a photo of what I wanted, I am not a qualified hairdresser and so was led by the choice of wording by my stylist, who said “copper”. I also pointed to the colour I wanted on the wheel.
What I got was pure brassy red & the stylist clearly didn’t like the fact I wanted it to be changed and tried to pass blame to me saying I. Used the word copper.
I simply used that word as I was guided by my stylist . She retoned and fixed it thankfully. Now it’s much better.

Made to pay more when I got there for “extra long hair” despite it being just below my shoulders. They don’t set out the perimeters on Treatwell but I went on what I’ve always gone by and what all the other salons on Treatwell state. Might have let it go for a great result but was average.
