Olimpia is absolutely stunning! A true masterpiece! She listened to every single detail I shared, and her skills with blonde hair are excellent. Unfortunately, the salon’s atmosphere was not up to par. A staff member was napping on the sofa, the admin didn’t offer any coffee or refreshments while I waited, and the hair washing chairs were extremely uncomfortable. The management should focus more on creating a more welcoming and efficient environment for both workers and customers

Melania was very informative and gave me her honest opinion of what she thought would be best for my hair. I’m always a bit hesitant with new salons, however, she gave me exactly what I wanted, and more (as per her recommendation). I’m happy :)
