asked for a blunt cut chin length which it only got close to after having to straight it poker straight.After I respectfully said It was shorter than asked I was answered back that next time she wouldn’t ‘respect’my decision-go longer than asked,I will thank her in 2months when it ‘grows back’ and that it made no sense to go for a haircut if u couldn’t see any real change.was never checked with before she made the cut, was argued with, made to feel so small and left in tears.Worst experience

I didn’t have a good experience here. When I first walked in, I was abruptly told my hair was “long” and that I would need to pay extra - even though my hair was only just below my shoulders. During the appointment, I showed reference images, but the haircut I received looked nothing like them. I was also given short layers, which aren’t suitable for my hair type and have left it difficult to manage. Overall, not welcoming and won't be going back.
