I never leave reviews, especially not bad ones but this was one of the worst haircuts I have ever had. I described exactly what I wanted and even showed the stylist a photo to guide them. My haircut is the opposite of what I asked for. It is incredibly uneven and looks like chunks have been taken out of my hair. The bad cut was very well hidden by the blow-dry in the salon and it was not until I straightened my hair the next day I could really see the extent of the cut!

I take no joy in being so negative but the cut I received was truly awful - very uneven and not what I asked for at all. I left with chunks taken out the front and he was also very rough when washing/brushing/drying. I stopped my hairdresser half way and asked what he was doing but there was a language barrier. I left the salon visibly upset, in tears, with no offer to correct it. I have tried to follow up to at least get my money back and have had no response.

The staff is kind and helpful. They were 15 minutes late, but did contact before the appointment. The ambience is okay. Clean but nothing special, a bit chaotic.
The blow dry was okay.
